Mrs. Wahls' class read the story Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs today, and then worked on creating their own 

stories with the same theme.  

Tyler's is about a day that is cloudy with a chance of hot dogs!!  

Guest Reader...

We had a special guest reader today as our RIF (Reading is Fundamental) reader!  Nate Gallagher, Grant County Deputy and father of kindergartener Jack Gallagher, visited and shared a story about bike safety.  It was such a great day!  Students will also be coming home with a new book on behalf of the RIF program!

Young Authors Conference in La Crosse...

We have a young author from each kindergarten and 1st grade class that will be attending the Young Authors Conference 

in La Crosse this weekend!  

We are so proud that they will be representing B.A. Kennedy.

The correct session dates are the following:

Session 1: June 17 - June 28

Session 2: July 8 - July 26
Session 3: August 5 - August 23

Book Fair at Bluff View!

The Book Fair is happening at Bluff View, and B.A. Kennedy students are more than welcome to join in the fun too!

The dates and times that the Book Fair are open are the following:

Wednesday, April 3rd from 7:15am-8:00am and 3:45pm-5:00pm,

Thursday, April 4th from 7:15am-8:00am and 3:45pm-5:00pm,

Friday, April 5th from 7:15am-8:00am and 3:45pm-5:00pm.

The Book Fair is being held in the Bluff View Library.
