Kindergarten Classroom Visits...
Today I spent some time in the kindergarten rooms doing an activity with students. We made a spider web and then had to work as a team to free each little spider! It was a great time, and all of the classes worked so well together! Below are some pictures that Mrs. Landt took and shared with me, so I could share them on the blog!

Great visits in 1st grade...
I got to visit most of the 1st grade classrooms today! It was so nice to see the students, and to be able to share a story and activity with them. I look forward to getting into the other grade levels as the week finishes up! 1st grade parents --- ask your child about our spider web activity from today!
Lots Of Learning Going On Today...
Students in Mrs. Ashbacher's class measured one another - and Mrs. Ashbacher - with blocks today! This video shows a short clip of the students explaining to me what they did!
Students in Mrs. Wahls' classroom were doing some "math minute" exercises.
Students in Mrs. Landt's classroom were doing math centers.
These activities are all a part of our new Everyday Math series that we are so excited to be using!
