We Are Bucket Fillers!!!

We had a great morning filled with Bucket Filling discussion and singing today! Each class gathered to review bucket filling and bucket dipping. We looked at some pictures and discussed whether the kids in the picture had full or empty buckets and why. Check out the pictures below, and have your child explain to you whether the picture shows bucket filling or bucket dipping. They are so good at recognizing this!

Each student also received a bucket billing bracelet as a reminder to be a bucket filler and not a bucket dipper.  The bracelets say, "I'M A BAK BUCKET FILLER," and are in our school colors.  We will leave them at school and put them on each day as a reminder of how we should treat those around us.  The pictures below show some of our BAK bucket fillers showing off their new bracelets.

We also reviewed our "I'm A Bucket Filler" song.  Each class video has been posted to YouTube and can be viewed below, as well as on the web.

4K students show off their great singing abilities!

Kindergarten students sing like rockstars!

1st grade students work together to sing the whole song!

It was a great morning for all!
