Students may have the day off...

...but staff are using today as a work day.  
Our elementary staff is having another Everyday Math training following yesterday's. observations from our trainers.

Something for BAK students to look forward to...

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to be a part of the 6th graders' Outdoor Education morning activities at Wyalusing State Park.  This was coordinated by Bluff View staff members and a great time was had by all!  

Students await an informational session on animal trapping.

Administration and school board members got the opportunity to cook breakfast for all of the Outdoor Ed folk on Thursday morning!  Thanks to Mike Steiner for allowing us to use the pancake machine!

Things are getting a little batty...

Things are getting a little batty in Mrs. Wahls' classroom today!!!

Adding Leaves To The Tree...

Mrs. Wachter's Early Childhood students were adding leaves to their tree in the hallway this morning!  They cut the leaves out all by themselves!
 
 









Kindergarten Visits

I got to visit some Kindergarten classrooms this morning, and saw some super fun things!  I hope you enjoy!



Mrs. Ashbacher's class was singing their recent Jolly Phonics song and practicing their sounds!





Mrs. Landt's class was singing their recent Jolly Phonics song and were working on the "x" sound!




Ms. Tank's class was practicing their sounds and about to work on their sound books!








Ms. O'Brien's class was working on calendar, their weather graph and handwriting.



Mrs. Wahls' class was working on using letter sounds to spell words.




Mr. Zeeh's class was working on their October vocabulary words.
