I briefly visited each 1st grade classroom during reading breakouts today, and wanted to share some of the great activities that I observed!
Arianna was making sentences with word blocks during her center with Mrs. Klema.
Ben and Erin are partner reading!
Sean is working on some tricky words that he's putting in a, b, c order!
Mrs. Sagedahl's group is talking about one of their stories.
Students are working on a, b, c order with Mrs. DuCharme.
Mrs. Campbell's students were reviewing what they read in their story yesterday.
Mrs. Kordus' students are forming words and writing them on their whiteboards!
Students in Mrs. Long's group are working on spelling words with letter tiles.
Mrs. White's group is playing a game on the Smartboard that practices spelling words!
Mrs. Eastman's group is reading a story together in the reading corner!
